A day in home sales

You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Salespeople at the Northfield office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
