A day as a Real Estate Agent
At Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day revolves around people and deals. You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run property showings; present and negotiate offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Agents at the Howell office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.

Requirements
